Written for the people who actually read this page — planners, assistants, and guests who want to know what they're agreeing to.

Booking minimums

  • Football season, SEC weekends, and major Auburn events require a 2-night minimum stay.
  • All other dates are typically available with a 1-night minimum.
  • Holidays and graduation weekends may carry a 3-night minimum. The calendar will reflect the required stay length automatically.

Cancellation

  • Full refund up to 60 days before arrival, minus a $150 processing fee.
  • 50% refund between 60 and 30 days before arrival.
  • Non-refundable inside 30 days.
  • Game-weekend and holiday bookings (Iron Bowl, LSU, A-Day, graduation, Christmas week) are non-refundable from the day of booking.
  • We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that will affect their trip. No refunds will be given due to weather, natural disasters, travel delays, or cancellations. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking.

Damage coverage

  • A $95 non-refundable damage waiver is included on every stay and covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage — no security hold on your card.
  • Intentional damage, smoking on the property, unregistered pets, and unauthorized events are billed at cost plus a $500 administrative fee.
  • A pre-arrival and post-departure walkthrough is documented by our housekeeping team.

House rules

  • Maximum 10 overnight guests. Day guests welcome up to 16 with prior notice.
  • No smoking or vaping under any circumstances, indoors or outdoors, anywhere on the property.
  • No parties, no weddings, no photo shoots without a signed event addendum.
  • Quiet hours 10p – 8a — this is a residential community.
  • Dogs are welcome on request with a $75 per pet, per day fee. No cats. All pet waste must be picked up, and dogs should be crated when unattended.
  • Check-in 4p, check-out 10a. Early or late by arrangement.

Licensing & taxes

  • Alabama state lodging tax, Lee County tax, and City of Auburn lodging tax are collected on every stay and remitted monthly.
  • City of Auburn short-term rental license on file. Number available on request.
